Overview
Combining photos into one PDF is useful when you need to submit handwritten notes, scanned pages, ID copies, assignments, bills, or application documents. A single PDF is easier to upload and looks more organised than many separate images.
Why this matters
Correct page order and image quality are essential. A blurry, dark, tilted, or incorrectly ordered PDF can create problems during review or upload.
Prepare photos before conversion
Use clear images with good lighting. Place paper on a flat surface, keep the camera parallel to the page, and make sure every corner is visible.
Crop unnecessary backgrounds and remove duplicate photos. Arrange images in the same order in which you want pages to appear in the PDF.
Convert images to PDF
Open JPG to PDF, select the images, verify the selection, and create one PDF. After conversion, download the result and inspect each page.
If your photographs are extremely high resolution, the PDF may become large. Keep an original copy, then compress the PDF only if an upload portal requires a smaller size.
Check the final document
Open the final PDF on your phone before sending it. Confirm page order, readability, orientation, and whether any part of the image was cut off.
For official use, name the file professionally, such as Application-Documents.pdf or Class-Notes-Chapter-3.pdf.
