1. No physical shipping
PDFClan does not sell or ship physical goods. Therefore, no courier, postal delivery, shipping charge, or physical delivery time applies to PDFClan services.
2. Digital service delivery
PDFClan tools are available online. When Premium subscriptions are available, Premium access is intended to be activated electronically after successful payment confirmation.
3. Delivery duration
Digital Premium access is normally delivered immediately after payment confirmation. In some cases, activation may take up to 15 minutes due to payment confirmation, security checks, or temporary technical delays.
4. If access is not activated
If your Premium access is not visible after 15 minutes, please contact billing@pdfclan.com with the email used for the purchase and your payment details. We will investigate and assist as soon as possible.
5. Service availability
PDFClan is an online service and requires an internet connection. Temporary maintenance, payment-provider checks, or technical issues can occasionally affect availability.
