1. Cancelling a subscription
When recurring Premium subscriptions are available, you may request cancellation at any time by contacting billing@pdfclan.com from your registered email address.
2. Cancellation duration
We aim to process eligible cancellation requests within 3 business days. To avoid the next renewal, please submit your cancellation request at least 3 business days before the renewal date.
3. Access after cancellation
After cancellation, Premium access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period. No additional renewal charge should be made after the cancellation is processed.
4. Refunds after cancellation
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refund requests are considered according to the Return & Refund Policy. Unless required by applicable law, unused time in a billing period is not refundable on a prorated basis.
